My name is Kiana and I am 21

I am an English Education major learning the art of words and stories
I share my life with three cats Miso Wisp and Carrot
Their quiet presence inspires little sparks of creativity every day

I am on a journey to collect my poetry
To share it with the world and to expand my voice as a writer
Writing is how I explore myself how I connect and how I grow

When I am not studying or writing I am reading dreaming or watching my cats wander through their small universe

My Inspiration

I collect poetry to understand the quiet parts of myself.
Sylvia Plath teaches me to write with honesty.
Franz Kafka reminds me to embrace the strange.
The Yellow Wallpaper shows me how words can break walls and free voices.
Through them, I learn that poetry is both reflection and becoming.
